  • Ongoing Maintenance: Scheduled updates, Performance and security monitoring, Monthly reporting

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of WP Repair Hub, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete access to WordPress admin, hosting accounts, databases, and FTP/SFTP credentials
  • Notify us of custom code, non-standard plugins, or modifications
  • Maintain or provide a recent backup of your website before services are performed
  • Cooperate fully with requests for additional information
  • Accept that changes made by third-party plugins, themes, or hosting providers may affect our work
  • Understand that WordPress and related software are constantly updated, and updates may conflict with previous fixes

Failure to comply may limit our ability to provide services or absolve us of liability for resulting issues.

4. No Guarantee of Permanent Fixes

WordPress relies on third-party software (themes, plugins, hosting, server configurations). Therefore:

  • Fixing one issue may expose or trigger other existing problems
  • We do not guarantee that a repair will prevent future errors
  • Some problems may be caused by factors outside our control, such as hosting failures, plugin updates, or server misconfigurations

Clients acknowledge that WordPress websites inherently carry risk, and WP Repair Hub cannot be held responsible for all future issues.

5. Limitations of Liability

By using our services, you agree:

  • WP Repair Hub is not liable for loss of data, revenue, business interruption, downtime, SEO ranking fluctuations, or errors caused by third-party plugins, themes, or hosting changes
  • Our total liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if we are aware of potential damages

6. Backups and Data Protection

  • Clients are strongly encouraged to maintain backups
  • WP Repair Hub can create backups as part of services if requested
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing corrupted files, database issues, or data loss
  • We implement reasonable measures to protect data during service delivery but cannot guarantee absolute security

7. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made before service delivery unless agreed otherwise
  • Service fees are stated per task or maintenance plan
  • Payments are non-refundable once service work begins
  • Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion only
  • Any applicable taxes or fees must be paid by the client

8. Service Delivery and Scheduling

Services are scheduled based on availability and priority. Delays may occur due to:

  • Uncooperative third-party software or hosting
  • Delays in client-provided credentials

Clients are responsible for providing access and required materials on time.

9. Security Services Disclaimer

  • Malware removal or security hardening does not guarantee future immunity
  • Continued protection requires ongoing monitoring, updates, and secure hosting
  • We are not responsible for reinfection or exploits caused by outdated plugins, themes, or unauthorized access

10. Intellectual Property

  • WP Repair Hub retains all intellectual property rights in custom scripts, code, and proprietary methods
  • Clients retain ownership of their website content
  • Clients may not resell or redistribute WP Repair Hub materials without permission

11. Confidentiality

Client information is treated as confidential. Disclosure occurs only if required by law or to trusted service providers under NDA. Clients must also keep credentials secure.

12. Third-Party Tools and Services

Our work may require third-party plugins, themes, or external services. WP Repair Hub is not liable for failures, licensing restrictions, or conflicts caused by third-party tools. Updates after repair may affect results.

13. Termination

  • We may terminate services if false information is provided, cooperation is refused, payment is not met, or the website contains illegal content
  • Termination does not absolve the client of payment obligations

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by EU law and local legislation. Disputes should first be addressed via direct communication. If unresolved, arbitration or local courts may be used. Use of our services constitutes consent to this process.

15. Force Majeure
